Summary

This branch office is a study in balancing security with a dignified welcome; efficient operations with a healthy work space and achieving a high energy performance facility within a harsh mountain climate.

With the member experience in mind, we found inspiration for the building design in the movement of the mountain formations. A sense of movement through the building is achieved with color, materials, transparency, and opening the highpoints to natural daylight via high linear windows.
